Pets
Dogs are welcome here. When making your booking, we kindly ask you to let us know whether we should prepare a small or large bed with treats for your four-legged friend. We also provide a feeding bowl in your apartment.

Childcare
It is possible to book this for babies, kids and teens at our partner hotel, the 4-Star-Hotel Laderhof in Ladis, in the immediate vicinity. Price per child: for 4 hours €30 and for 8 hours / incl. catering €62.

Swimming pool
It is also possible to use the indoor and outdoor pool at the Laderhof just 20 metres from your apartment on request and for an additional charge, always between 6 and 9 PM. 3h ticket: Adults €15 and children € 9.
Cancellation conditions
No cancellation fees will be charged up to 1 month prior to arrival. We only retain a processing fee of € 20,- for processing and refunding the deposit.
- From 1 month to 1 week prior to the start of the holiday, we charge a cancellation fee of 70 % of the total sum of the reservation.
- For cancellations within one week prior to the start of the holiday or in the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge the 100% of the booked stay.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in the event of illness (also applies to Covid/Covid quarantine)!
